Sunday Morning's At LifeSpring's

LifeSprings Baptist practices a contemporary worship style.  We have an outstanding worship leader, Chas Crockett, who leads a contemporary worship band.  The music we use in our services can usually be heard on The FISH 104.7, which includes artist such as Casting Crowns, Chris Thomlin and Third Day among many other current Contemporary Christian Music artists.  We are very causal in appearance and fully believe in the ‘come as you are’ adage. We offer a small coffee and water bar in the back of the sanctuary and just tend to treat everyone like part of our family from the first day we meet.  We are very prayer oriented and believe and preach the Word of God and seek the Will of God daily.

Burning Bones Ministries is a web ministry created by Rodney and Beverly Peavy.  Our creation of this ministry comes from a deep heartfelt sense of calling.

 We, like Jeremiah in the above passage, feel as if we have a message to share.  In fact, we feel compelled to share it using whatever means available.  Using our gifts, talents and life experiences as a tool, we hope that Burning Bones Ministries will be an encouragement for you as you seek to strengthen your walk of faith.

Our ministry really is a two part ministry.   Our slogan is "Letting the Word In... Getting the Word Out..."  Actually this is much more than a catchy slogan.  It is our purpose statement.   

The "Letting the Word In" aspect of our ministry includes a daily e-devotional, blogs, polls, chat rooms, forums, counseling services and the like.  These are all tools we hope to use to bring real life application of God's Word to the fellowship of the Burning Bones community.  

The "Getting the Word Out" aspect of our ministry includes some handmade Christian jewelry, t-shirts, original artwork and of course some guest speaking and counseling services as well.  These are all tools that will hopefully aid you in sharing God's message of hope with the world in some very unique and hopefully interesting ways.
